A statewide tool making it easier for citizens to volunteer their assistance before, during and after disasters will soon be available.  This statewide registry will allow citizens to register themselves, leave contact information and record their particular skills for emergency management and voluntary organizations to use when a need arises.

While the registry goes through its final stages, please register directly with voluntary organizations in your area or with an organization that meets your particular interests or skills. 

Once you have registered with local voluntary organizations, check back on the WeVolunteer site for information on training courses that will help you help others.
